Loc Hughes is an illustrator dude, a creative thinker, an ideas man,
a budgie smuggler billboard model, and the face of a global meme you might have seen back in the day. Specialising in illustration and branding - his designs are as bold as his grandfather's head... well, bald but you get the point. An easygoing bloke who enjoys a laugh, good music, and being by the beach with mates - I mean who doesn't!
Fresh out of Billy Blue Design School with a Diploma and Bachelor's in Visual Communications, he's committed to applying his growing knowledge, skills, leadership, determination, and creativity to pursue a career in Graphic Design and Visual Communications.
